We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for us, as we enjoy both flat and mountain hiking. Being next to the stunning lake and close to the cable car made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the beautiful surroundings. The room we stayed in, Junior Suite 422, was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the enchanted lake and snowy peaks of the high mountains from the two wonderful balconies. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the quality and size of the mattress provided us with a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free underground parking, which was spacious and easily accessible.

We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxury experience.

Osteria del maso is within short walking distance to the hotel. If you want to visit Paganella, you should stay here. We would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the ski slopes and next to the beautiful lake Molveno, making it perfect for flat hiking. It is also conveniently situated near the cable car, allowing for easy access to the surrounding mountains. the rooms are spacious, clean, and newly renovated, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and cold meats. the hotel also has a spa and pool area, perfect for relaxation after a day of outdoor activities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. All was perfect.

Loved the stunning views of the lake from our room and the beautiful surroundings. The variety and quality of the food served at the restaurant, especially the buffet of antipasti and vegetables.- The impeccable service provided by the staff, they were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The swimming pool could be a bit small for some guests. The lunch in the hotel restaurant was good but nothing particularly special.
